OPERATIONS MANAGER

Manage and oversee organizational functions.

Work with CEO in formulating strategy and administering organizational policies.

Provide consulting services on matters related to fundraising, financial and operational matters, and business structure and growth.

Plan short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
-
Review financial statements and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
-
Experience in Business Management, Handling Strategic Initiatives, and Capital Raising.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
-
Bachelors in Business plus 5 years experience.
